Hi, I’m Ruby, interior designer and the creative heart behind By Ruby Salmon.
With a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Interior Design and over five years’ experience in the design industry with leading Australian practices, I’ve developed a love for spaces that tell stories and celebrate the lives lived within them.
I believe a home should be more than beautiful, it should be practical, functional, and a joy to live in. I love guiding clients through the design journey with warmth, curiosity, and creativity, making each step effortless and enjoyable.

A 90-minute session to refresh your space with expert guidance on colour, furniture, lighting, and brand recommendations. You’ll leave with a clear plan to implement immediately or at your own pace, with optional follow-up support available.
Interior Design
For renovations, new builds, or complete transformations. From concept to completion, we handle layouts, finishes, sourcing, and project management so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.
Interior Decoration
Ideal for styling or curating your home without structural changes. We provide personalised plans, source furniture and accessories, and style your rooms to create a cohesive, inviting, and practical space that reflects your personality.
